After the receipt of your order, we will send an "Order Confirmation Mail" within 48 hours(Saturdays, Sundays, and our national holidays are excluded) indicating the E.M.S., airwaybill numbers. By referring these numbers at your local post office, we believe you can track the parcel by yourself. (According to our experience, it usually takes about 4-5 days that the dispatched parcel arrives in your hand in the U.S.A.) If you did not receive our confirmation mail after 48 hours, please contact us by e-mail. If you wish to select payment method other than credit cards indicated above, we can accept the "International POSTAL Money Order" from countries where the Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications has a bilateral agreement. However, it is generally advised that it will take about 2-4 weeks until we can confirm the receipt of the money order, and only after the confirmation can we actually dispatch the product. For further information, please contact us by e-mail. To CREDIT CARD HOLDERS, charges will descreetly appear as "Extreme Limit" on your credit card statement in your countries' currency, not in Japanese Yen, and its' exchange rate will be determined by your credit card issueing companies/agencies(The Universal Currency Converter is linked for your reference purpose only, which will not be related to the actual exchange rate in your credit card statement).
